FAQ 1; What do I receive after purchase?

You receive high-resolution digital files in multiple aspect ratios.

No physical product is shipped.

 

FAQ 2; How do I download my files?

A download link is sent to your email immediately after payment.

Make sure to check spam/junk if you do not see it.

 

FAQ 3; How do I print my artwork?

You can print:

  • at home,
  • at a local print shop,
  • or through an online print service.

FAQ 4; What sizes can I print?

Your files include the most common ratios:

FAQ 5; Why do the colours look different when printed?

Colour variations occur due to differences in screen settings, printers and paper types.This is normal in digital printing.

 

FAQ 6; Do I need a special printer?

No. Any high-quality printer can be used, but professional services give the best results.

No. All products include a personal-use license only.
Commercial use, resale or redistribution is prohibited.

 

FAQ 9; What if my file does not open?

Contact The-Media-Machinery via email, and we will provide a working replacement file or a refund in case of verified technical defects.

 

FAQ 10; Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available if the file is technically defective and cannot be replaced.Digital downloads are non-returnable once delivered.
